Setting up your online ordering takes six simple steps. Here is what each one looks like.
Store configuration
Create your account by adding your business details.
Enter the name of your business, upload your logo and set up your domain and payment options.
Delivery areas
Set up your delivery areas, the minimum order value and the delivery costs.
You can add an unlimited number of delivery areas, defined down to street level.
Menu configuration
Set up your menu and working hours.
You can add different menus by working hours or by store location.
Adding products
Add all your products with name, details, price and category. You can also add images, ingredients, allergens and even nutritional facts.
You can let customers send requests about how a product is prepared.
Receiving orders
Your customer visits your site, adds products to the cart, chooses the delivery address and sends the order.
You see every order in real time, change its status and assign it to a courier.
Delivery
Once assigned, the courier sees the order in a dedicated mobile app.
When the order arrives safely, the courier marks it as complete in the same app.
